Fitness is my passion and I want to help you achieve your goals by sharing my knowledge, expertise and techniques with you. I have over 16 years experience in the fitness world and hold a level 3 qualification in personal training. I also regard myself as a specialist in:

My experience over the years has also enabled me with the relevant skills to apply training programmes tailored for those who suffer/have suffered with medical conditions such as diabetes, COPD, Asthma, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Arthritis, Oesteoporosis, Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke and Hypermobility.

I offer 1:1 personal training, partner training and small group training.
