This will include a mixture of cardiovascular, strength, mobility, core and flexibility exercises using bodyweight and a wide range of fitness equipment.

Before any training commences I will invite you to come in for a consultation. This is approx. 1 hour long and will help me understand things like:

Your current activity/fitness levels
If you have any limitations, injuries, medical conditions etc
Your current lifestyle and diet
Your goals

I will also take a variety of measurements to track your progress against and set a tailor made programme that has been designed to ensure that you are progressively fitter, leaner, stronger, more flexible and agile.

On your first PT session I will strip everything back to basics and cover some of the more key exercises to ensure that you have an understanding of how to perform them properly and are firing up the correct muscles that you are meant to use. I do not believe in overloading with weight until I am comfortable with the basics being performed with good technique.

I cannot stress enough that willpower, consistency and patience is key as miracles do not happen overnight. The exact rate of fat loss or muscle building varies in everybody and your results will be dependent upon a range of things to include, your starting weight, age, gender, metabolism, body type etc. As long as you remain committed and determined, realistic results will be achieved.

I also offer online 1:1 video training in any event that you are unable to make a session in person.
