Can’t recommend Vikki enough. I am not a natural gym bunny and struggle with motivation on my own. Vikki knows just how hard to push me and has helped me to build my confidence in lifting weights and strength based exercise. Something that I wouldn’t have known where to start with without her. I run (badly) and wanted to build my leg and glute strength to support my running. Vikki tailors what what we do to focus on this. She also adapts exercises that I find difficult to do because of previous surgery. On days when I really don’t feel like it and drag myself there I always come out smiling. 😀 Such a lovely lady!
